With a horrible start of the vacation due to the rail strike and had to figure out the bus system with no support the rest of the travel and the support we received from Sara was fabulous. The hotel choices were good and she had reminders before each events and kept an eye on us through the 12 days. In one occasion when I could not get into a hard to get in resturant place in Lisbon I asked for her help and she went to the restaurant to make sure I get a spot that was nice of her to do so. That kind of support is why it is good to have an agent at the country of visit.

The trip went very well, exceeding our expectations. From the beginning, everything was well organized and clearly explained, which conveyed a sense of security and peace of mind. Whenever questions or hesitations arose, Marta promptly clarified everything with friendliness and professionalism. This made all the difference in the overall experience, making the trip not only enjoyable but also stress-free. I also requested additional activities at the destination, and Marta delivered exactly what we wanted, providing us with a spectacular day.
